Order Fulfilment Times

  • Order usually dispatch within 2 working days.

  • Working days exclude weekends and UK public holidays. You’ll receive a tracking link once dispatch.

Couriers & Shipping Partners

  • UK: Royal Mail (typical delivery within 48 hours after dispatch).

  • USA: Royal Mail/USPS for standard, UPS, FedEx, DHL for express courier partner (Duties included, no further custom fees)/

  • International (non-USA): Royal Mail, FedEx, or local partner depending on destination.

United Kingdom Orders

  • £100+: Free

  • £40–£99: £5.50

  • Up to £39: £4.50

United States (Delivered Duty Paid – DDP)

  • All U.S. orders ship DDP. Import duties and clearance fees are included in your checkout total. No additional customs fees will be charged.

  • $15 flat rate on USPS ground shipping 5-7 working days and $35 express option 1-3 working days

  • Where applicable, state sales tax is due on receipt.

International (outside UK & USA)

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout by destination and weight.

  • EU orders (DAP): Prices at checkout exclude local VAT/duties. Your local carrier will collect these on delivery, plus any admin fee.

  • Non-EU orders (DAP): The recipient is responsible for any import duties, taxes, and customs charges payable on arrival/delivery.

  • If your country is not listed at checkout, email contact@fyfegolf.com and we’ll try to accommodate.

Country Notes

  • Norway, Switzerland, Iceland: duties/taxes may apply on delivery.

  • Channel Islands: shipped via Royal Mail; local duties may apply.

  • Restricted destinations: Some countries have service limitations or require business addresses only. If an order cannot be shipped, we’ll contact you to arrange an alternative or refund.

  • Ship from the UK unless otherwise noted.

  • USA: shipped DDP (duties/fees included in your checkout total).

  • All other destinations: duties/taxes not included unless stated at checkout; local charges may apply on delivery.

Additional Information

  • Orders placed with pre-order or custom items will ship when all items are ready (single shipment). If you need a split shipment, contact support—additional shipping may apply.

  • We do not ship on weekends or UK public holidays.

  • If a parcel is returned due to incorrect address, refusal, or unclaimed status, we can reship once additional postage is paid.

Recent U.S. customs changes mean all imports are assessed for duty. We now prepay duties and clearance fees so your checkout total is fully landed—no fees on delivery.
