When your order is shipped you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to track the status of your parcel.
UK VAT (sales tax) is applied to orders dispatched to the UK and is included in the price you see on our website.
For all other destinations, as the recipient you are responsible for all import duties, tax and administration charges that maybe applied by your local customs. These charges vary dependent on the country and if you are unsure we would recommend you contact your local customs office for more information.
For MacKenzie bag orders, all duties are covered in the price for all destinations. You will not be charged any additional fees.
Our headcovers, shoe bags and valuable pouches are made to order and will take up to 10 working days to dispatch directly from our workshop in Dunfermline, Fife.
MacKenzie Golf Bags have an average 6 week lead time as these are also made to order and ship directly from Oregon, USA.
All other product is in stock and will ship within 2 working days from order.
Not a problem if you contact us before the item is shipped. Once the item is shipped it is difficult for us to re-arrange delivery but in either instance please contact us and we will see what we can do, drop us an email at email@example.com stating your order number and request.
Yes, you can select a separate delivery address at the checkout page on the website.
If no one is available to sign for your order then the courier will leave a card. If you are in the UK this will be via Royal Mail or DPD and the card will give instructions to re-arrange delivery. If non-UK, this will be via UPS who will attempt to re-deliver on the next working day. UPS will make three attempts to deliver on consecutive business days at it's discretion and after these attempts, if they are unable to deliver will return to sender.
We will do our utmost to ensure that you are happy with your purchase. This includes offering refunds on orders that meet our returns policy which can be found here.
